New Company Helps Everyday People Get More Out of Real Estate
ABC Real Estate suggests advantageous way to invest
LOGAN, Utah – ABC Real Estate, a newly founded company, is committed to helping middle-class Americans rent homes, is starting a creative system called a beneficiary directed, equity holding land-trust.
The trust system has four beneficiaries involved; Settler, Investor, Credit, and Resident. The Settler Beneficiary puts the original money into the trust because they are the homeowner and they get the dividends. The Investor Beneficiary puts a down payment into the trust and gets equity on the home. The Credit Beneficiary puts the loan in their name and gets a percentage of the income made. The Resident Beneficiary pays a rent deposit and gets to live there while building their credit. Contributions go into the trust and distributions go out. There is also an insurance company that covers all of the beneficiaries, guaranteeing a 10 percent return, but a 40 percent return is more likely.
Investors with an ownership mindset are preferable for the new system. “No one else is doing this,” said Bret Cob, president of ABC Real Estate. “Only the rich know about this, we can make it available to the middle class.” All of the paperwork and investment process is done by the company so there is no hassle for the investor.

Monica,
Great job, the only suggestion I would have is to maybe change your lead. It is very informative but the benficiary directed equity holding land trust is so wordy and complex sounding that you lose your readers quickly because they feel that it is too complex for them to grasp. Over all you did an awesome job though.
Monica,
The body of your press release is very well written. The information about how the company works was clear and concise. I also think that the name of the company was a little wordy. The quote by Bret portrayed division of social classes which could maybe make a middle class individual hesitant. Overall, it was nicely done.
When a formal title is listed in contact information and not in the story, it is alright to capitalize.
I like your title and subtitle.
Good dateline.
Your lead needs work. As it stands, it is grammatically incorrect with "is" written twice. Also, just cut right to the most important aspect of this press release: announcing the program in layman's terms and looking for interested people. Putting "beneficiary directed, equity holding land-trust" is likely to confuse and make readers less interested. You should include that later on in the release.
A 40 percent return is possible, but not necessarily more likely. The settler beneficiary puts the real estate into the trust, not money. Explain how the beneficiaries get regular monthly money.
Your media contact information is well-place. It just needs to be from ABC Real Estate since you work for them as the PR person.
Your quotes are good and Bret approves them.
Put your boilerplate in your story right above your call to action sentence.
