New Company Helps Everyday People Get More Out of Real Estate
ABC Real Estate suggests advantageous way to invest
LOGAN, Utah – ABC Real Estate, a newly founded company committed to helping middle-class Americans rent homes, is looking for investors for their creative new trust system.
The official name for the trust system is a beneficiary-directed equity-holding land trust and it has four beneficiaries involved; Settler, Investor, Credit, and Resident. The Settler Beneficiary puts the real estate into the trust and gets a percentage of the monthly payments from the renter. The Investor Beneficiary puts a down payment into the trust and gets equity on the home. The Credit Beneficiary puts the loan in their name and gets a percentage of the deposit. The Resident Beneficiary pays a rent deposit and gets to live there while building their credit. Contributions go into the trust and distributions go out. There is also an insurance company that covers all of the beneficiaries, guaranteeing a 10 percent return, but up to a 40 percent return is possible.

Investors with an ownership mindset are preferable for the new system. “No one
else is doing this,” said Bret Cob, president of ABC Real Estate. “Only the rich know about this, we can make it available to the middle-class.” All of the paperwork and investment process is done by the company so there is no hassle for the investor.
ABC Real Estate began in August 2007 and is based out of Draper, Utah.
President Bret Cob founded the company with the purpose being to “better people’s lives”, and with the company expanding all over Utah, this purpose seems to be effective.
